Whilst I apply the many coats of oil to the Walnut neck I shall get cracking on Sean's Cherry banjo, a 12" Cherry rim with Rosewood tone ring and a 24.75" scale length with some brass and MOP inlays.
You can't beat a slotted peghead! Just finished this commissioned Cherry banjo, turned out looking pretty awesome, if I do say so myself! Fitted with an Ebony tone ring, this thing has a fantastic sound. ,I decided to finish off this little project I started months ago, I made a new Walnut neck for the old spun pot I had laying around. A little more sanding and the neck will be ready for oiling next week and then assembly and she'll be up for sale.
