If you are the buyer who bought the banjo at auction, return the banjo to me and I will refund your £150 and no further action will be taken.
Just discovered the stolen banjo on 'John Pye Auctions' website, it seems it was sold for £150 earlier this month. Both John (the original customer), and I, have requested buyer and seller information from the auction house, this will then be passed on to the police.
